Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson Fight: Predictions, Odds, and Date for Paul vs. Tyson

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson made headlines early this morning!

Netflix will hold its first live boxing match between Jake Paul and legendary boxer Mike Tyson.

Tyson competed in 58 professional boxing matches. In those 58 fights, he won 50 of them and knocked his opponent out in 44 of the 50.

However, Tyson hasn't boxed since November 2020, when he fought in an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. That fight ended up in a split draw.

Tyson is currently 57 years old. That said, there's still some film of his workouts going around social media. He still looks quick.

On the other hand, Jake Paul's last matchup was on March 2, when he earned a first-round TKO against Ryan Bourland.

Nobody truly knows what to expect with this fight between Tyson and Paul. But it'll easily be one of the most-watched events of the year.

The early odds indicate that sportsbooks believe Jake Paul will defeat Mike Tyson in Arlington, Texas on July 20.

Tyson might be one of the greatest fighters of all time. But he's 57 years old and will have to fight Jake Paul in his prime.

This is a fight between a 57-year-old and a 27-year-old. Most would rock with the 27-year-old to get the win.

Ultimately, this is a once-in-a-lifetime boxing match that people will flock to see. Netflix hit big with this one.

Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson Prediction

Many of the details for this fight have yet to be released. First, we don't know how many rounds it will be.

The assumption is that we'll get eight rounds. In Tyson's last exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr., the bout went eight rounds. That's probably the sweet spot.

However, we do know that Paul will have a legitimate reach advantage of about five inches.

If this fight is actually eight rounds, I'd like to believe Paul will overwhelm Tyson with better cardio and just overall more volume. Tyson will duck many of them, but how fast will he be?

There probably won't be much action between the two. But I believe Paul will have more volume, which would lead him to the win.
