Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano Odds, Date, How to Watch, and Predictions for Netflix Boxing Rematch

For the third and most likely last time, Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano will step inside the ring tonight at Madison Square Garden. Taylor comes into this rematch as the No. 1 ranked Junior Welterweight fighter in the world (up to 140 pounds), while Serrano trails just behind her at No. 2.

They last met in November 2024 at AT&T Stadium as the undercard for Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson, where Taylor came away with the unanimous decision in 10 rounds. It follows on their previous fight back in 2022, where Taylor also won by split decision.

There was a bit of controversy in the second fight, with Serrano suffering a deep gash to her face that she claims was a foul from Taylor leading with her head. It wasn't ruled as such at the time, but there is likely to be a heightened focus from the referee to avoid a repeat offense.

Can Amanda Serrano finally get over the hump and get revenge against Katie Taylor at Madison Square Garden tonight? The eyes of the world will be on this female headliner on Netflix, so let's take a look at the complete odds and tale of the tape for Taylor vs. Serrano 3.

Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano Fight Records

Katie Taylor (24-1)

Katie Taylor has already taken down Serrano in their first two bouts, handing Amanda two of her three career losses. Taylor has only ever lost once, going down to the previously undefeated Chantelle Cameron in May 2023. She quickly got revenge in November of that year, and hasn't lost again since.

She may be 39 years old now, but still has not gone down to the younger Serrano, even in the rematch of November 2024. Taylor actually won by unanimous decision at that event, part of the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul undercard at AT&T Stadium. It was a more convincing victory than the split decision earned in their first fight back in 2022.

Amanda Serrano (47-3-1)

Amanda Serrano has fought professionally over 50 times, and has more than 30 knockouts in that time. She's more of a decisive fighter, despite failing to defeat Taylor, who only has six career knockouts.

She made her professional debut in 2009, and saw nothing but success until butting heads with Katie Taylor in 2022. Serrano has world championships in seven weight categories, but she hasn't been able to overcome this one final hurdle.

Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano Prediction

Despite the history saying Taylor owns Serrano, we're going to have to fade the previous results. Just like in football and other team sports, it's hard to beat the same opponent three times. While you may have a clear advantage in some individual sports like tennis, these boxers are pretty evenly matched and have enjoyed massive career success on both sides.

Serrano has been training for this fight nonstop since the November defeat, avoiding any other opportunities to get in the ring while she tries to avenge this. She's three years younger than Taylor, and has basically beaten everyone in her career that she wanted to. She has almost double the fights that Taylor has participated in, and ultimately that experience should help her find what has gone wrong so far to get over the hump.

The sportsbooks know this, pricing her as the favorite for the first time. In the intial fight back in 2022, Taylor was -180 odds to win it. Then in 2024, they gave her odds of around -135 to -155, depending on the sportsbook. Now, everything has changed, completely flipping to Serrano as a decently strong favorite of -175. While that's an expensive price to pay on the juice, it reflects a clear shift in expected outcome that can't be ignored. Serrano finally gets her revenge tonight at Madison Square Garden.
