Joining the UFC in 2019 with a decision loss to Makhachev, Tsarukyan has been a problem since, going 8-1 in the time since including wins over Dariush, Matt Frevola, and Joaquim Silva, to name a few. A well-rounded fighter who relies on a quality mix of takedowns and striking, many believe Tsarukyan is a future champ, but this will be a significant step up in opponents.
