For my money, Ohio State and Georgia are the two most talented rosters in college football. So, it's a treat that we get to see them go head to head in the Peach Bowl with a spot in the College Football National Championship Game on the line.
Having said that, I hear many people saying that Ohio State vs. Georgia odds are ripe for an upset and Georgia is on upset alert. Don't worry Bulldogs fans, I'm here to convince you that's not the case at all when these two teams meet on Saturday night.
The unfortunate thing for Ohio State is that while there are no Ohio State vs. Georgia opt-outs, the Buckeyes are dealing with a huge list of injuries as they enter the biggest game of their season. Still, no one that played all year is skipping the game to get ready for the 2023 NFL Draft.
Georgia comes into the Peach Bowl having spent the majority of the season as the nation's No. 1 team in just about every poll imaginable. They aren't sexy on offense and they don't have a blue-chip prospect at QB, but Stetson Bennett and Co. get the job done every single time they take the field.
The exact opposite is the case for Ohio State. They have the preseason Heisman favorite in CJ Stroud at QB. They have the best WR in the nation in Marvin Harrison Jr. And they have a backfield and offensive line full of talent. Still, the Buckeyes have left a lot to be desired in Columbus, Ohio this year.
No matter what happens, this should be the best game of the day and potentially of the year. We will have NFL Draft prospects at pretty much every single position on the field. So, let's break down Ohio State vs. Georgia odds and get a prediction and pick for the Peach Bowl.

I know I just spent a lot of time talking about how talented the Ohio State roster is. But please, someone make the Ohio State vs. Georgia odds make sense. Did the sportsbooks watch what happened when the Buckeyes welcomed Michigan into Ohio and got run over?
Still, somehow TCU is a bigger underdog against Michigan than the Buckeyes are against far and away the best team in the country.
Ohio State, the 6-point underdog according to the latest Ohio State vs. Georgia odds, is led by preseason Heisman favorite CJ Stroud at QB. Stroud has all the talent in the world, but if you watch Ohio State games you notice he tends to come up short when it matters most.
If we're being completely honest, CJ Stroud hasn't played a "Good" football game in about two months. Sure, sometimes he will put up big numbers, but he's been inaccurate and made poor decisions in many of those starts. The Buckeyes go as Stroud goes and lately, he hasn't been going.
Meanwhile, Georgia has beaten the brakes off of every team they've played in big games this season. Oregon to open the season? 49-3. No. 1 Tennessee? 27-13. LSU in the SEC Championship game? 50-30. When it matter most this Georgia team comes to play, and no game matters more than this one.
So, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to see an Ohio State team that lost it's only tough game of the season to be less than a touchdown underdog in Ohio State vs. Georgia odds.
Ohio State vs. Georgia Prediction
I think you can guess where I'm going with this one, but I'm backing the Dawgs to win big. I just trust this Georgia team about 100 times more than I trust this Ohio State team. Georgia has been here before, winning the National Championship last season. I like Stetson Bennett to be in control of the game much more than I like CJ Stroud to perform in the biggest moment of his career. Georgia's defense and offense are considerably better than the Buckeyes'. I have Georgia winning 34-20 tonight and covering.
