Indiana vs. Ohio State Odds and Betting Breakdown: Majority of Handle on Ohio State to Cover 10.5 Points
Before the season even started, Ohio State knew they would have a top-five matchup on their schedule when the regular season began winding down in November and December. Sure, they assumed it would be next week when they play rival Michigan and not this week against perennial laughing stock Indiana, but here we are.
If you're one of the literally dozens of lifelong Indiana football fans, you've been waiting for a long time for this. The rest of you are likely googling "Kurtis Rourke" right now and buying time until the college basketball season gets into conference play. Still, it's an exciting time in Bloomington, and head coach Curt Cignetti should get a lot of credit for what he's done to this point.
Has Indiana played a single ranked opponent this year? No, they haven't. What about a team currently ranked in the top seven spots in the Big Ten? Also no. Do they have the 106th-ranked strength of schedule so far this season, easier than the likes of Georgia State and Old Dominion? Sure do.
When you take all those factors into account you start to realize why Indiana is a 10.5-point underdog come Saturday at noon in Columbus, despite being ranked fifth in the nation. Somehow, even with decisive wins over the likes of powerhouses like Florida International, Charlotte and Western Illinois, the oddsmakers have disrespected the Hoosiers once again.
Knowing all that, how exactly should you be betting on Indiana vs. Ohio State odds this weekend? Should you follow the money or ride with the public? Let's break it down.

Indiana vs. Ohio State Odds
You wouldn't know it by reading the opening of this article but I love the Hoosiers getting 10.5 this weekend. Ohio State has struggled with just about every decent team, and some of the not-so-decent teams, on their schedule to this point. But I won't let that get in the way of my opportunity to roast Indiana for their hilariously easy road so far.
The OSU offensive line has been an issue this season and all the talent in the world on the outside won't cover up for your shortcomings in the trenches. In the end, I expect the Buckeyes to win at home, but I think we'll see a one-score game when the final whistle blows.
