At +300, Young is the overwhelming favorite to take home the hardware this season. His odds imply a 25% chance of winning and the second-shortest option, Isaiah Simmons, currently sits at +700.
As far as the betting public is concerned, Young is even more of a sure thing. Since the end of April’s NFL Draft, 36.36% of all bets in the DROTY market have backed Young.
The second most popular pick has been Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen (+1200). Simmons is currently backed by only 4.55% of the betting public, which is somewhat surprising given the hype surrounding him following the NFL combine.
