Both the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots come into their Week 2 Sunday Night Football matchup boasting 1-0 records.

The Seahawks took care of the Atlanta Falcons at home, while the Patriots travelled to Miami to pull off a 10-point victory.

Now, as the two get set to face off tonight, oddsmakers are predicting the Seahawks will make it to 2-0.

As of Sunday afternoon, Seattle is a -190 favorite on the moneyline, while the Patriots sit at +170. The Seahawks are also favored by 3.5 points on the spread.

At -190, oddsmakers are implying there is a 65.5% chance the Seahawks win, and the Patriots’ +170 odds give them a 37% shot at victory.

However, the betting public seems to have a much different opinion on the Sunday Night Football matchup.

The Patriots are backed by 71.43% of bettors to win outright, one of the most popular bets in all of Week 2.

It doesn’t seem to matter if the Patriots lose the greatest quarterback of all time or have multiple defensive starters sitting out the season. NFL bettors seem to live by one mantra: In Belichick we trust!
