NFC East Odds: Giants Tabbed as Second Favorite to Win Division
Following their win over the Philadelphia Eagles, the New York Giants have climbed to second favorites to win the NFC East with sportsbooks.
The Giants’ odds now sit at +300, which carries a 25% chance of success, the best they have been all season.
Just four weeks ago, Joe Judge’s team had odds of +4000 of winning to division, which implied just a 2.44% probability.
As the graphic below shows, betting favoritism for the division has changed multiple times this season, with the preseason favorite Dallas Cowboys currently ranked as the third-likeliest team to win from here.
OddsChecker spokesperson Pete Watt: “Despite losing to their divisional rivals this week, the Eagles remain the clear frontrunners for the NFC East. However, with some tough games against the Saints, Seahawks and Packers coming up for Philly, all four teams will be harboring ambitions of finishing top of the pack.”
“New York has put together consecutive wins for the first time this season and if they can continue this momentum then Daniel Jones and company can certainly emerge on top at the end of the regular season.”
