Oddsmakers believed that the Eagles were the Lions’ best chance to win a game this year. After a blowout loss, they’re starting to lose all hope that the Lions can get a win.
The Lions are given +450 odds, or an implied 18.2% chance, to go winless. Still, oddsmakers don’t believe that’s the most likely outcome. The Lions are still given better odds to defeat the Bears, +200, and the Steelers, +300.

The Lions are now given better odds to go winless than any team in the NFL is given to win the Super Bowl. Even if they don’t go winless, oddsmakers are giving the Lions -140 odds or an implied 58.3% chance to finish with the worst record in the NFL.
