Jaguars Next Head Coach Odds: Byron Leftwich Leads The Way

The Jacksonville Jaguars were quick to move on from Urban Meyer. The former college coach becomes the third college coach to last less than one season in the NFL, joining Bobby Petrino and Lou Holtz. Now, oddsmakers turn their eyes towards who could replace the embattled Meyer.

The early favorite is former Jaguars QB and Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Byron Leftwich. Leftwich is given +400 odds, or an implied 20% chance to land the job. Cowboys Offensive Coordinator Kellen Moore trails right behind him at +500, or an implied 16.7% chance. New interim head coach Darrell Bevell is given +550 odds, or an implied 15.4% chance to land the job on a permanent basis this offseason.
