NFC East Odds: Can the Cowboys Defend Their Division Crown?
With free agency underway, there has been a lot of moving pieces in the last week. The NFC East, in particular, is usually one of the worst divisions in the NFL. It's been like that for the last few years.
But all of the additions and subtractions, we're going to be looking for the team that has the best chance at winning the NFC East this year.

Dallas Cowboys -115 (Bet $115 to win $100)

The Dallas Cowboys won't have Amari Cooper any longer but will be bringing back Michael Gallup on a five-year, $57.5 million extension. Instead of Cooper, the Cowboys added James Washington from Pittsburgh and he should be another solid threat for a receiving group that was very good with Dak Prescott under center.
The offense was elite when it had to be... until the playoffs came around. That's kind of how Dallas operates but essentially, Dallas usually always destroys the competition in the NFC East and that likely won't stop this season.
The Cowboys realistically have no one standing between them and another NFC East division crown. They are a great bet right now at -115 at DraftKings to defend their NFC East title.
Philadelphia Eagles +310 (Bet $100 to win $310)

Last year, the Eagles were competitive despite so many injuries. The Eagles had so many guys get hurt on the offensive side of the ball from the running back group to the offensive line. But overall, Philadelphia has the best offensive line in the NFC East and that should help Jalen Hurts stay protected and give him some time in the pocket.
The Eagles brought in Hassan Reddick on the defensive end and are really just hoping the rest of the team can be developed.
Washington Commanders +450 (Bet $100 to win $450)

The Washington Commanders have a solid roster of misfits. But that's what Washington is. This team is full of potential with plenty of young talent but the Commanders can never put it all together.
Washington just traded for Carson Wentz to be the next quarterback of the franchise. He's been traded multiple times in the last couple of seasons because he's straight average. Wentz does have familiarity with the NFC East which should help but overall, Washington is going to need more help than just Wentz.
New York Giants +750 (Bet $100 to win $750)

The New York Giants are going to be starting from scratch again. With a new head coach and a new general manager, the Giants are likely in better shape than they've been in the past. But it's going to take time. It's not going to happen overnight.
The Giants added running back Matt Breids and tight-end Ricky Seals-Jones along with a couple of offensive linemen. The Giants aren't a contender just yet but the Giants do have the talent to become a threat. It'll be interesting to see how this team starts off.
