2022 NFL Draft Kayvon Thibodeaux Draft Position Odds: Where Does Thibodeaux End Up?

Kayvon Thibodeaux is such an interesting prospect in the NFL Draft this year. He at one point was considered to be the number one overall pick. That has quickly changed, and one of the reasons is due to some off-the-field "issues". These issues seem to be a little over-stated and the fall has quickly been reversed to his floor being pick number five.

Here's a look at the Kayvon Thibodeaux draft position odds as oddsmakers set his number at 4.5

The Jets hold all the cards at this point. Is there a scenario where the Jets would pass on Kayvon Thibodeaux if he's available at pick number four? I say no. This team desperately needs an edge rusher to go on the other side of Carl Lawson and we've heard Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh preach the need to improve the trenches on both sides of the ball.

At -165, or an implied chance of 62.26%, I agree with the chalk answer here. Let's assume that the first two picks are Aidan Hutchinson and Travon Walker in whatever order you wish to put them in. You can make a case for the Texans to go edge, it would likely be offensive line if they don't, and as we just stated it's a glaring need for the Jets at four.

I know some are afraid of him talking about his brand and maybe not being "all in" on the football field but the production at Oregon and the bag of tricks he has in his pass rush bag is more than enough for me to pull the trigger on this one. If he gets past pick four I would be floored.
