Andy Reid's Kansas City Chiefs haven't looked like they've missed former All-Pro wideout Tyreek Hill, as the club is 4-1 through the first five games of the 2022-23 season. Patrick Mahomes and co. took flight right out of the gates with a 44-21 opening-day win over Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals. The Chiefs would follow up their impressive week one performance with a come-from-behind 27-24 victory over AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers. KC would be stumped by Matt Ryan and the Indianapolis Colts in week three but have rebounded nicely with a pair of wins over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in week four and, most recently, the Las Vegas Raiders this past weekend.
Meanwhile, Josh Allen and co. made a statement from the get-go with a thumping of the Los Angeles Rams during the latter's banner-raising ceremony for winning last year's Super Bowl. The Bills crushed last year's top seed in the AFC playoffs in, the Tennessee Titans, by a 41-7 score but would lose their first game of the season against the Miami Dolphins but, like the Chiefs, would come right back with a massive come-from-behind win over the Baltimore Ravens before drilling the Pittsburgh Steelers, this past weekend.
