Philadelphia Eagles vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Betting Data

The 6-0 Philadelphia Eagles remain one of the biggest surprises in the entire National Football League. Nick Siriani's club has run roughshod over the league as Jalen Hurts and co. have secured wins over the likes of the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, Washington Commanders, Jacksonville Jaguars, Arizona Cardinals, and most recently, the Dallas Cowboys back in Week 6 before the team enjoyed a well-deserved bye week in Week 7.

Meanwhile, Kenny Pickett and the Pittsburgh Steelers have been one of the worst teams in the league to start the 2022-23 season. Following a shocking 23-20 overtime victory over the reigning AFC Champion, Cincinnati Bengals, back in week one, it's been downhill ever since. Now-former starting QB, Mitchell Trubisky, was benched for this past April's first-round pick, Kenny Pickett, in Week 3, and while the team's offense has to look incrementally better, it's nowhere where it needs to be in order for Mike Tomlin's squad to get where they need to go to contend in the AFC North.

The total for this one is tricky. The undefeated Philadelphia Eagles are massive favorites for this one, and in doing so, they could be up big on their in-state rivals. Meaning there's a chance Philly plays a bit soft defensive late, and a good ole' back door total is certainly in play if that were to occur.

While Eagles games' totals have only covered three times so far this season, two of those three have come in the club's last three games, including their last game, two weeks ago during their 26-17 victory over divisional rivals, the Dallas Cowboys as well as their week four 29-21 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

However, on the opposite end of the spectrum are the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have hit the over on just two occasions this season and haven't done so since their week four 24-20 loss to the New York Jets.
