Week 1 of the NFL season is just around the corner, and with that, the pre-season Super Bowl odds are about to be changing on a weekly basis. Here are the 2024 Super Bowl odds before any regular season games have been played.
Super Bowl Odds Heading into Week 1
32. Arizona Cardinals (+40000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Caleb Williams might be staring down the barrel of the Cardinals. They’re hitting the tank button – which was been clear this offseason – and with Kyler Murray rehabbing, things are going to be rough in Arizona to open up the season.
31. Houston Texans (+20000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Texans have their guy in CJ Stroud, and the next step is to continue getting young, sharp talent on both sides of the ball. Until then, the Texans are going to continue to struggle, and seeing the best in tough times will be key for the Texans.
30. Indianapolis Colts (+15000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Anthony Richardson is marking a new era for the Colts. If Jonathan Taylor returns, he and Michael Pittman Jr. provide a quality set of skill players for Richardson to grow with, and they could be exciting but far ways away from really contending.
29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+12500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Tom Brady is officially retired, and the Buccaneers are entering a new era. They could surprise some people, but their ceiling might just be the playoffs while holding a pretty low floor. A rebuild is on the horizon.
28. Tennessee Titans (+10000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
It’s hard to imagine that the Titans will win a Super Bowl while under the guidance of Ryan Tannehill. They’ll need to divert to a younger quarterback and let them grow while building a supporting cast to help relieve offensive pressure.
27. Las Vegas Raiders (+10000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Jimmy Garoppolo might have better weapons than former Raiders quarterback Derek Carr does in New Orleans. However, Garoppolo is a short-term fix to a team that needs a refresh of youth.
26. Washington Commanders (+8000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Commanders, like many bottom-feeders in the league, are searching for a franchise quarterback while trying to find the proper supporting talent. Until they figure that out, which takes time, they’ll struggle to even make postseason play.
25. Los Angeles Rams (+8000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Rams are not in a good place. Their roster depth was gutted, and they’re on the backend of a contending team. If they want to make another Super Bowl run, a rebuild will have to happen.
24. Carolina Panthers (+8000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Bryce Young’s first season is about analyzing his talent alongside the offense and spending the next few seasons building around him. It’s hard to bring in a rookie quarterback and be ready to compete at a high level.
23. Atlanta Falcons (+8000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Bijan Robinson and Kyle Pitts are dynamic, but the next step for this young Falcons team is to make a playoff appearance. They’ve got a ways to go, but the young core will be exciting to watch.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers (+6600) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Kenny Pickett and George Pickens are going to be an electric duo this season, and Mike Tomlin is terrible at going under .500, so one would assume they’re going to push to be a playoff team no matter what, but they’re not quite ready for the big stage of a Super Bowl.
21. New York Giants (+6600) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Daniel Jones and Saqoun Barkley are back, but how far can the Giants go? They’re improved, and Brian Daboll is going to continue having the Giants be a tough team to face each and every week.
20. New England Patriots (+6600) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Mac Jones and the Patriots are easily the worst teams in a stacked division. A playoff appearance alone will be a struggle, and even if they make it, making it through the AFC is a tall task for the Patriots.
19. Green Bay Packers (+6600) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Packers are without Aaron Rodgers for the first time in a long time. Nothing is certain for the Packers moving forward, and they could be impending a rebuild, depending on how good Jordan Love is early.
18. Chicago Bears (+6000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
With Justin Fields having taken a leap as a dual-threat quarterback, the Bears are on an upward trajectory. However, the surrounding talent isn’t quite where it needs to be yet. So, they’ll be a dark horse playoff team, but being contenders remains far-fetched.
17. Denver Broncos (+5500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Sean Payton is supposed to be the savior for this Broncos team. Evidently, he’s under a restoration project. He’s supposed to make Russell Wilson the quarterback of the past, and if not, the team will undergo struggles as they did last season.
16. New Orleans Saints (+4000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
It's a new era in New Orleans. Derek Carr is under center, and he’s got some weapons that will allow the offense to be unique, but it doesn’t quite seem good enough to make any substantial noise come playoff time.
15. Minnesota Vikings (+4000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Though the Vikings were a fun regular-season team last year, they showed their inability to be a serious title contender. Justin Jefferson is one of if not the best, talent at his position, and that can’t be wasted with an incompetent team.
14. Seattle Seahawks (+3500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Geno Smith was a great story for the Seahawks, but it doesn’t feel like this team is quite talented enough to be a deep playoff contender, though a playoff appearance does seem likely for them.
13. Cleveland Browns (+3500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Browns are about out of excuses. Nick Chubb is a top running back in the league, and Deshaun Watson should be able to return to his past form with no distractions. This almost feels like a make-or-break season for the Browns' big investment in Watson.
12. Jacksonville Jaguars (+3000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Things have begun to turn around in Jacksonville as Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars picked up a playoff win last season. After a tough start to Lawrence’s career, the team is beginning to pick up the competition and become a much more serious team.
11. Miami Dolphins (+2500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
A lot of the Dolphins’ success this season rides with Tua Tagovailoa's performance. If he can distribute the ball well and the run game then opens up because of it, the Dolphins will be in a prime position to compete in a tough division and conference.
10. Los Angeles Chargers (+2500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Justin Herbert and the Chargers have made their playoff appearance; now is the time for the next step. A mix of quarterback talent, great skill players, and solid defense will be huge in the Chargers making a playoff run, but without all three, they could fall short of any playoff success.
9. Detroit Lions (+2500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
This is where the dark horse contenders begin. Each team ahead of the Lions has a great chance at contending. The Lions just seem just a few steps behind. They’ve got great young talent, but continuing to put it together is the name of the game as they figure out who they are.
8. New York Jets (+1800) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Jets give a 2020 Tom Brady to the Buccaneers vibe. Aaron Rodgers is joining a young Jets team with a stifling defense and a plethora of weapons. Now, all the team has to do is put it together. If Rodgers can be elite with his team, they’ll be in a prime position to contend in the AFC.
7. Baltimore Ravens (+1800) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
With Lamar Jackson healthy and paid, this season could be huge for the Ravens. He was incredible when healthy last season, and this season could provide him a good opportunity to put together a full year and give the team a good chance to make a deep playoff run.
6. Dallas Cowboys (+1500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Cowboys, once again, believe this year is theirs. The defense is stifling, and Dak Prescott may finally have the weapons needed. Last season, CeeDee Lamb was swamped by opposing defenses, but the addition of Brandin Cooks should open the offense up plenty.
5. Cincinnati Bengals (+1100) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
This season isn’t off to an ideal start for Joe Burrow. He’s hurt, and the Bengals will be rattled to start the season. This isn’t the end all be all, but how they respond midseason and how they pick up momentum will be incredibly important.
4. San Francisco 49ers (+1000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
After last season, one thing has been proven – the 49ers can make almost any quarterback talent work. Brock Purdy, Mr. Irrelevant, had a breakout season after starting the season as QB3. He beat out Trey Lance this offseason and earned the starting spot outright. He, along with his supreme weapons and defense, is gearing up to make noise in the NFC.
3. Buffalo Bills (+900) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
It’ll be good for the Bills to be out of the spotlight. They’re no longer hard favorites to open the season. They’re unproven despite having been in contention the past few seasons. Not being favorites may be to the benefit of a team that doesn’t seem quite ready to win a Super Bowl and will need the ball to roll in their favor come playoff time.
2. Philadelphia Eagles (+800) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Jalen Hurts, and the Eagles have set a standard. He earned a huge contract, and the Eagles are a proven contender. He’s got a combination of the defense, offensive line, and weapons to work with, and they’ll be gearing up to be a top team in the NFC once again.
1. Kansas City Chiefs (+600) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The reigning champions are naturally going to be under the spotlight heading into a new season. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have proven they can continue and get it done in the playoffs, no matter who is playing alongside him.
