There were many upsets and intriguing outcomes in Week 1. But let's all just be grateful that football is back!
I know many fantasy football owners are already down on their team.
Joe Burrow looked horrible, and Josh Allen threw three interceptions. Meanwhile, Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce were unavailable in Week 1.
On the other hand, the Jets and Cowboys defenses put up ridiculous numbers that ultimately won Week 1 for those fantasy squads.
Take a deep breath. I've got ways that you can improve your team heading into Week 2.

Fantasy Football Players to Buy Low in Week 2
Travis Etienne Jr., RB, Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Etienne Jr. is the guy in Jacksonville. He added 18 carries for 77 yards and a touchdown. He also earned five catches for another 27 yards on five targets.
Etienne Jr. didn't put up a crazy Week 1 stat line. But he's undoubtedly capable of it. Grab him before he adds a multi-touchdown game.
Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Detroit Lions
Some Jahmyr Gibbs owners are considering benching him against the Chiefs this week
Find those owners and trade for the prized rookie immediately.
Gibbs only had seven carries to David Montgomery's 74. However, Gibbs earned six yards per carry, while Montgomery added just 3.5 yards.
Gibbs also had an "easy" touchdown, except he slipped and fell for a loss of yards earlier in the Lions' game against the Chiefs.
The rookie added two catches for 18 yards and will be utilized more and more as the season progresses.

Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Tee Higgins put up a goose egg.
The entire Bengals' offense did. But Higgins was drafted pretty early in fantasy football. He's not Ja'Marr Chase, but he's a special wide receiver on a contract year, looking to get paid.
Higgins will be fine. Buy low, especially if he has another down week in Week 2.
Rashaad White, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
White didn't earn many yards on the ground in Week 1. However, he still earned 17 carries and two receptions in a 20-17 win over the Vikings. White will need to break out for more significant gains. But he's undoubtedly going to get his touches.

Fantasy Football Players to Sell High Before Week 2
Derrick Henry, RB, Tennessee Titans
I'll read into it. Tyjae Spears played more snaps than Derrick Henry in Week 1. Spears only rushed three times for 27 yards and added only one catch for one yard.
On the other hand, Henry saw 15 carries for 63 yards and added two catches for 56 yards. But I think this is just the Titans getting Spears more acclimated to the offense. I think he'll steal some carries and plays from Henry.
Get rid of Henry at a premium while you can.
Calvin Ridley, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
Can Calvin Ridley keep up this kind of pace?
The entire universe is high on Ridley. Therefore, you can probably return an excellent return if you let Ridley go now.
I'm not saying Ridley won't continue his dominance. But he's not going to face bad defenses year-round.
Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons
I got caught in the Drake London trap. I'm over it.
London will never be a consistent receiver in the Falcons' offense. He didn't have a single catch and was targeted once last year.
If someone in your league is still high on London, get rid of him. Eventually, you might have to drop London and find consistent talent from the waiver wire.
Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
No one has the Buccaneers making the playoffs this year.
Tampa Bay earned a massive win in Week 1 over the Vikings. Mike Evans added six catches for 66 yards and a touchdown. Do you think he will continue that production with the Buccaneers throughout the rest of the season?
