2023 NFL Power Rankings: Ranking All 32 Teams Heading into Week 4

Entering Week 4, there have been a lot of changes to my NFL Power Rankings dating back to our Week 2 power rankings.

There have been many surprise teams and disappointing teams to begin the year. That's reflected in our newest edition of the NFL Power Rankings.

2023 NFL Power Rankings

1. San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers are still the best team in the NFL. They're certainly the most balanced and are noe 14-point favorites against the Cardinals, at home, this weekend.

2. Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins scored 70 points against the Broncos last weekend. They added ten offensive touchdowns and have incredible speed. They even did all of this without Jaylen Waddle.

3. Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia's win against Tampa Bay was good enough to put them in third place in the NFL Rankings.

4. Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs are back in the top five after a dominant performance against the Bears with Taylor Swift in attendance.

5. Buffalo Bills

The Bills can move up to Top-5 with a win against the Dolphins on Sunday. Buffalo's defense is much better than Denver's. It was apparent in their 37-3 win over the Commanders.

6. Detroit Lions

Detroit's a nice rivalry game on Thursday Night Football against the Packers. They'll be small road favorites in Green Bay. They'd be 3-1 with a win and trending in the right direction.

7. Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys fell five spots after a gut-check loss to the Cardinals. They'll be home against the Patriots this weekend and should get back on track.

8. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens scored 19 points against the Colts and lost 22-19 overtime to a team using their backup quarterback. Some would say Gardner Minshew is the better quarterback for the Colts now. But either way, the Ravens dropped after that overtime loss.

9. Seattle Seahawks

Seattle's defense hasn't impressed as some expected. But the offense is putting up numbers.

10. Pittsburgh Steelers

If the Steelers can keep the turnovers down, their defense will keep them in most games.

11. Atlanta Falcons

12. Washington Commanders

13. Indianapolis Colts

14. Green Bay Packers

15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

16. New England Patriots

17. Cleveland Browns

18. Cincinnati Bengals

If Joe Burrow is healthy, Cincinnati will continue to rise in these power rankings.

19. Los Angeles Chargers

20. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars will have a more manageable schedule down the line. They'll move back up eventually.

21. Los Angeles Rams

22. New Orleans Saints

23. Tennessee Titans

24. New York Giants

25. New York Jets

26. Houston Texans

The Texans might've got the best quarterback in the NFL Draft. C.J. Stroud is cooking while Anthony Richardson and Bryce Young are injured on the sidelines.

27. Las Vegas Raiders

28. Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings have started the season 0-3. It's time to panic.

29. Arizona Cardinals

30. Carolina Panthers

31. Chicago Bears

32. Denver Broncos
