We're headed to Week 6 of the NFL season.
As a fantasy football owner, you have a lot on your mind, trying to figure out which players to play and which to sit on the bench.
I've compiled a list of 20 players to start or sit for Week 6.

Quarterbacks To Play in Week 6
1. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers
2. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Brock Purdy is simply amazing. Purdy would be the No. 7 ranked quarterback if the season ended today. He's thrown nine touchdowns and has no interceptions while completing 72.1% of his passes. No matter what defense the Niners face, he'll be ready.
Meanwhile, Matthew Stafford has Cooper Kupp back in the lineup. Against the Arizona Cardinals, Stafford and the Rams will likely go off. Just like Burrow did last weekend.

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 6
3. C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans
4. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
5. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings
Although C.J. Stroud has played exceptionally well to begin the season, a matchup against the Saints is not appealing at all.
It's also hard to trust Dak Prescott any week. Against the Chargers' pass rush, I'd be afraid of playing Prescott.
Finally, Kirk Cousins won't have Justin Jefferson around for the next four weeks. Without Jefferson, I wouldn't play Cousins.
Running Backs To Play in Week 6
6. Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
7. Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots
8. Roschon Johnson, Chicago Bears
Kyren Williams will get many reps against the Cardinals this weekend. He only ran the ball 13 times for 53 yards last weekend, but those numbers will jump against Arizona.
Meanwhile, if the Patriots are going to win another game this season, it'll likely be this weekend against the Raiders. I'd start him this week as long as Stevenson is healthy and playing.
Finally, it's a waiting game with Roschon Johnson. He's got a concussion but has the potential to be back for this weekend against the Vikings. Johnson would be the No. 1 running back with Khalil Herbert's high ankle sprain.
Hammer Kyren Williams overs at Ceasars right now. Bet up to $50 and get $250 that Williams has a better week than last and don't worry about losing!
Running Backs To Sit in Week 6
9. Jaleel McLaughlin, Denver Broncos
10. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
McLaughlin deserves the starting role in Denver. But once Javonte Williams returns from injury, McLaughlin's production will likely drop. Hold onto McLaughlin, but don't play him if Williams returns. It's also not time to play Jonathan Taylor yet. He only saw six carries last weekend and was on a snap count. That snap count might increase next week, but it won't be his usual playing time yet.
Wide Receivers To Play in Week 6
11. Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams
12. Adam Thielen, Carolina Panthers
There were concerns with Puka Nacua when Cooper Kupp returned to the field. But Nacua still added seven catches on 11 targets for 71 yards and a touchdown against the Eagles last weekend. He's a must-play every week. On the other hand, as long as Carolina doesn't pick up a No. 1 receiver, Adam Thielen will give you solid production. He just caught 11 of 13 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown against the Lions. He'd be the No. 11 receiver in the NFL if the season ended today, fantasy-wise.
Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 6
13. Gabe Davis, Buffalo Bills
14. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons
15. Joshua Palmer, Los Angeles Chargers
Gabe Davis has scored a touchdown in four straight games. However, he only has 18 receptions through five games this season. He'll give you a near goose egg if he doesn't get you a touchdown. Also, how often will we see the Falcons throw the ball for 300+ yards? It's rare. Don't get caught up in the Drake London hype. Once you do, he'll finish with one catch for 11 yards and no touchdowns. There are better guys than Joshua Palmer available. If Palmer doesn't earn a long reception and connect on a big play, he'll struggle to add points for your team.
Tight Ends To Play in Week 6
16. Logan Thomas, Washington Commanders
17. Dalton Schultz, Houston Texans
Logan Thomas blew up for nine catches and 77 receiving yards, with a touchdown, last weekend. He had a 21.5% target share. He's now a top-12 fantasy tight end. There's also Dalton Schultz, who just added seven catches on ten targets for 65 yards and a touchdown against the Falcons. He's undoubtedly C.J. Stroud's security blanket and will be consistent enough.
Can the Commanders bounce back on Sunday? Well, FanDuel is the place to bet on Logan Thomas props right now!
Tight Ends To Sit in Week 6
18. David Njoku, Cleveland Browns
19. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots
20. Hayden Hurst, Carolina Panthers
I don't trust anyone on offense against the 49ers' defense. Did you see them last weekend? Stay away from David Njoku. Hunter Henry didn't catch a pass last weekend, and Hayden Hurst hasn't made a significant impact with Carolina so far. He's got 13 catches but just 100 yards on those catches, averaging 7.7 yards a catch. Stay away.
