The Top 5 of the NFL Power Rankings had some movement after Week 17.
The Baltimore Ravens are still the best team in the NFL. But after the Cowboys-Lions matchup and the Ravens-Dolphins game, some changes had to be made as we head into the final week of the NFL regular season.
2023 NFL Power Rankings
1. Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore's dominating win against the Dolphins on Sunday proves that the Ravens are currently the best team in the NFL.
2. San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco's easy win over the Commanders keeps them at the No. 2 spot.
3. Buffalo Bills
The Bills have a chance at winning the AFC East after many thought the Bills wouldn't even make the playoffs about a month ago.
4. Miami Dolphins
Miami was dominated last week by the Ravens. But I won't overreact.
5. Dallas Cowboys
Dallas' controversial win against the Lions puts them above the Lions.
6. Detroit Lions
The Lions clinched the NFC North for the first time ever.
7. Kansas City Chiefs
Don't doubt Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid. They just added another double-digit win season.
8. Cleveland Browns
Joe Flacco has given the Browns life and then some. The Browns will be a tough out in the playoffs.
9. Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia doesn't look like a top-ten team right now. But in the grand scheme of things, with the entire outlook of the season, they are still a top-ten team.
10. Los Angeles Rams
The Rams have clinched a playoff spot heading into Week 18. Matthew Stafford has done it again.
11. Pittsburgh Steelers
12. Seattle Seahawks
13. Houston Texans
The Texans are just happy to have C.J. Stroud back.
14. Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers, who? Jordan Love is playing his best football of the season when it matters the most.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers couldn't close out the NFC South last week after a brutal start to their game against the Saints. The Bucs can still make the playoffs on Sunday.
16. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars earned a 26-0 win over the Panthers to stay alive in the NFL Playoff race. But they need a healthy Trevor Lawrence.
17. Cincinnati Bengals
18. Indianapolis Colts
19. Chicago Bears
It's clear that Justin Fields is wanted in Chicago after all. Now, it's time to build around him.
20. New Orleans Saints
21. Atlanta Falcons
22. Denver Broncos
23. Tennessee Titans
24. Las Vegas Raiders
25. Minnesota Vikings
26. New York Giants
27. New England Patriots
28. New York Jets
