Baker Mayfield instilled confidence in the Buccaneers. He brought them into the Divisional Playoffs on a one-year prove-it deal.
After this season, he'll get a long-term extension with Tampa Bay to remain their quarterback in the future.

I never expected to put Jordan Love ahead of C.J. Stroud in any quarterback rankings this year. However, Love exceeded expectations once he settled in.
In the second half, Love was completely changed at quarterback and showcased so much ability and potential. He's got Packers fans excited for the future without Aaron Rodgers.

Josh Allen will continue to get hate for never coming through in big games. But he's ultimately one of the best quarterbacks the game offers. He does things that no other quarterback could do.
The Divisional Playoffs matchup against the Chiefs could've gone differently with a made field goal or other things. It is what it is. He'll be back with a chip on his shoulder for next season.
