Joe Alt NFL Draft Odds: Where Will Joe Alt Be Drafted in the 2024 NFL Draft?

While there will be many quarterbacks off the board early, some teams will be looking to protect the quarterbacks they already have.

The consensus is former Notre Dame offensive tackle Joe Alt is the best offensive lineman in the draft.

Alt is currently 21 years old and was a two-time All-American during his time at Notre Dame. Football also runs in his family. His dad played for the Kansas City Chiefs and was also a former first-round pick.

That said, Alt is very likely to be a top-ten pick. But where exactly do the oddsmakers have him being drafted to?

Take a look at Joe Alt's odds for the 2024 NFL Draft.

The Los Angeles Chargers will have Pick No. 5. Some analysts believe this pick could be traded, but others believe the Chargers will keep it.

Realistically, there's potential that one of the top four quarterbacks could still be on the board at No. 5. Therefore, some team could come in with an offer that the Chargers can't refuse.

However, if the Chargers make a selection, it'll likely be for either Malik Nabers (WR, LSU) or Joe Alt (Notre Dame, OT). It's certainly possible that Alt is off the board by pick No. 5, but not as likely.

The Giants would be on the clock for pick No. 6. Obviously, the Giants could be one of the few teams to trade up for a quarterback in the top five. If they don't and hold onto their pick, it's very likely the Giants will select whoever the Chargers don't at Pick No. 5.

If the Chargers pick Nabers at five, I could see the Giants beefing up their offensive line with Joe Alt. At +850, this isn't so far-fetched.

The Tennessee Titans are picking at No. 7. They're projected to be the favorite to land Joe Alt. He'd be the perfect fit for Tennessee, with the Titans rolling with Will Levis at quarterback.

Alt has no odds of being selected beyond pick No. 7. If he doesn't come off the draft board earlier, this is his landing spot.

By now, it's pretty clear that Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, and Marvin Harrison Jr. will be the first four selected in the NFL Draft. That's at least the expected draft order heading into Pick No. 5.

Therefore, McCarthy, Nabers, and Alt are all competing for that No. 5 draft pick to be a Top 5 selection. Alt has the lowest probability at +450, but he certainly fits the Chargers' needs.
