Fantasy Football Buy Low, Sell High: 12 Trade Candidates Ahead of Week 6

It's only Week 6. There's still some time to return to the top of your league. If you're already at the top, you must adjust on the fly to ensure you stay there.

Here are 12 trade candidates ahead of Week 6 in the NFL season.

Fantasy Football Players to Buy Low in Week 6

Breece Hall, RB, New York Jets

It's been back-to-back brutal games for Breece Hall. But he began the year with consecutive touchdowns in three games and was the consensus No. 1 pick in many drafts.

I don't know how a new head coach will help the offense, but Hall is certainly in the Jets' plans for the future. Better times are ahead.

Diontae Johnson, WR, Carolina Panthers

Despite just three catches on six targets, Diontae Johnson is still a No. 1 receiver. He's seen at least 78 snaps since Andy Dalton took over and received 33 targets in three games. This is elite stuff.

The Panthers also got him involved in the run game last week. He'll get back on track this week.

Chase Brown, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

Don't even look at the stats. Just by the eye test, it's clear Chase Brown is better than Zack Moss.

However, with Moss dealing with an injured ankle, Brown could see more reps and never give back his No.1 running back position.

Trade for him before that happens.

Bucky Irving, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

After only nine rushes for 44 yards, Bucky Irving finished with just 3.6 fantasy points on 43% of snaps.

43% of snaps seems low, but it was actually the highest for Irving this season. Week by week, the Buccaneers ask him to do more. Eventually, he'll land the No. 1 spot, too.

Additional Fantasy Football Buy Low Players

  • Javontae Williams, RB, Denver Broncos
  • Darnell Mooney, WR, Atlanta Falcons

Fantasy Football Players to Sell High Before Week 6

D.J. Moore, WR, Chicago Bears

D.J. Moore had a huge week against the Carolina Panthers, where he caught five receptions on eight targets for 105 yards.

However, that was only his first week with 100+ yards. He's had more performances below 20 yards than over 100 yards.

I think Caleb Williams has improved, but I'm not sold. I'd get rid of Moore if you can get solid value in return.

Michael Pittman, WR, Indianapolis Colts

Michael Pittman had his two best weeks with Joe Flacco under center. However, Anthony Richardson will likely be back in under center this week.

Trade him before Richardson makes another throw on the football field.

Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson are in a tight race for NFL MVP through five weeks. Check out the latest odds to see who is favored

Mark Andrews, TE, Baltimore Ravens

Does Mark Andrews have any value? He's caught 10 passes in five games and has yet to have a game with more than 55 receiving yards.

Andrews has also played no more than 55% of snaps in three consecutive games.

Travis Etienne, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars

Travis Etienne was a bit banged up last week and played just 38% of snaps. Typically, he's in the 70 range.

With that said, Tank Bigsby looked tremendous with the extra reps and could end up stealing some reps from Etienne as the season progresses.

Additional Fantasy Football Sell High Players

  • Christian Kirk, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots
