Fantasy Football Buy Low, Sell High: 12 Trade Candidates Ahead of Week 7

There's still enough time to return to the fantasy playoff race (unless you're 0-6)! Here are 12 trade candidates that you'll want to consider before Week 7 begins.

Fantasy Football Players to Buy Low in Week 7

Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mike Evans saw six targets but only hauled in two last week against the Saints. He's got just 25 receptions and 310 yards but still has five touchdowns on the season.

Evans hasn't had a single season with below 1,000 receiving yards. His time is coming.

Garrett Wilson, WR, New York Jets

If any owner is skeptical about Garrett Wilson now that Davante Adams is on the Jets, pick Wilson up immediately.

Two top-tier WRs can coexist!!

Calvin Ridley, WR, Tennessee Titans

Through five weeks, Calvin Ridley has just nine catches for 141 yards.

Oddly enough, he was targeted eight times last week, and Will Levis couldn't complete one pass to Ridley.

For one, Ridley likely won't see eight targets and not catch one pass again this season. Additionally, if Levis continues to struggle, we might see Mason Rudolph get some playing time. That would only help Ridley.

Saquon Barkley, RB, Philadelphia Eagles

It's been multiple weeks since Saquon Barkley has found the endzone. He's added no more than 84 rushing yards in the last two weeks and also had a bye week.

There could be some owners out there getting a bit impatient.

But this is Saquon Barkley we're talking about. You know... the guy who scored three touchdowns in Week 1 against the Packers. Go get him!

Additional Fantasy Football Buy Low Players

  • Tucker Kraft, TE, Green Bay Packers
  • Rome Odunze, WR, Chicago Bears

Fantasy Football Players to Sell High Before Week 7

Sam LaPorta, TE, Detroit Lions

Through five weeks, Sam LaPorta hasn't even reached more than 200 yards receiving. While he just caught his first touchdown last week, despite the Lions scoring 47 points, LaPorta only hauled in one catch, which was that touchdown.

I'm out on LaPorta. Sell him while he's still relevant.

Zack Moss, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

It's only a matter of time until Chase Brown steals most of the reps from Zach Moss. It's so apparent analytically, statistically, and on the eye test that Brown is better than Moss.

Yet, Moss is still listed as the No. 1 running back for the Bengals. Trade him away while he still has that status.

Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson are in a tight race for NFL MVP through five weeks. Check out the latest odds to see who is favored

Mark Andrews, TE, Baltimore Ravens

I'm not falling for it.

Andrews only caught three catches on four targets last week despite the Ravens adding 30 points in the win. While Andrews caught a touchdown, you can't expect that from him week after week.

After all, he's only added 13 catches and 186 yards with one touchdown throughout the season. Sell him after his fake "breakout" game.

Keenan Allen, WR, Chicago Bears

In just his fourth game suited up, Keenan Allen added two touchdowns on five receptions last week against the Jaguars. Allen still only averaged 8.2 yards a catch in that game.

Rome Odunze is the guy to watch with the Bears. Not Allen. Trade Allen after that two-touchdown game.

Additional Fantasy Football Sell High Players

  • Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts
  • Rico Dowdle, RB, Dallas Cowboys
