Kylian Mbappe will undergo a last-minute evaluation to determine his availability for today's match between France and the Netherlands.

Mbappe suffered a broken nose in Monday's win over Austria.

In preparation for this game against the Netherlands, Mbappe was seen wearing a protective mask. However, that mask is not eligible for use. But I'm sure France has another mask that is eligible if Mbappe gets the green light.

France hopes they'll have him in what is a huge matchup for Group D against the Dutch.

Take a look at the Netherlands vs. France odds and betting data below.

Netherlands vs. France Odds and Betting Data

Netherlands Win+23529.85%
France Win+13043.48%

France has a higher probability of winning outright today. They've got odds at +130 with an implied chance of over 43% to win.

Meanwhile, the draw is more likely to win outright than the Netherlands. A draw has odds of +220, while a Netherlands victory is at +235.

We'll see if these odds change once Mbappe's availability becomes public.

Netherlands vs. France Prediction

We'ved talked about Mbappe a lot in this article. But it's for good reason. In his last two qualifying games against The Netherlands, he's scored four goals.

Still, the French are dangerous with or without him. Manager Ronald Koeman knows what Mbappe brings to the table, but he even admitted that whoever France has will be a quality addition to their team.

Koeman wants to believe that they've prepared more for this game and have a better tactic. Ultimately, he thinks his team has improved, despite only winning 2-1 against Poland to begin the Euro 2024 campaign.

Koeman might be right. After all, while the Netherlands added just two goals, they had numerous chances to score.

Let's take both teams to score at -135. The Netherlands will work their magic to at least stick around against France.

Netherlands vs. France Projected Lineups

Netherlands projected lineup: Verbruggen; Dumfries, De Vrij, Van Dijk, Aké; Reijnders, Schouten, Veerman; Simons, Depay, Gakpo

France projected lineup: Maignan; Koundé, Saliba, Upamecano, Hernández; Dembélé, Kanté, Tchouaméni, Rabiot; Griezmann, Thuram

Netherlands Euro Odds

The Netherlands have odds at +1400 to win the Euros 2024. They're only behind France, Germany, England, Spain, and Portugal and are expected to at least make the Round of 16 and get through Group D.

Even if Netherlands doesn't win Group D, they'll still likely finish second in the tournament. They won't get the best matchups coming out of the Group Stage, but they'll give themselves a chance.

France Euro Odds

France is +400 to win the Euros 2024. The French are most likely to win the entire thing, ahead of teams like Germany, England, and Spain.

France is also -230 to win Group D. A win against the Netherlands would certainly put them in position to win the Group.
