Tiger Woods is set to make his return to the PGA Tour this weekend at a course where he has very fond memories. Even though it will be Tiger’s first event since February, there’s plenty of expectation on the golfing legend as he’s won the Memorial event five times, most recently in 2012.
2020 Memorial Tournament Odds
Plenty would have expected Tiger Woods to be near the top of the betting market, but online sportsbooks have made him a +2800 shot, which makes him joint-eleventh favorite with the in-from Webb Simpson. Tiger’s odds are a huge compliment to the youngsters Collin Morikawa and Viktor Hovland who both find themselves considerably shorter than the Big Cat.
Woods joins a loaded field, with plenty of players including Rory McIlroy, Bryson DeChambeau and Dustin Johnson who all missed last week’s event. Tiger Woods will play the first round alongside Brooks Koepka and Rory McIlroy.
Bryson DeChambeau has been installed as the +1000 favorite for The Memorial Tournament with a handful of bookmakers. However, Justin Thomas is favorite with a selection of books. If you take the best price from the Oddschecker grid, you can back Thomas at +1200.
Rory McIlroy, Patrick Cantlay and Dustin Johnson are the only other three players below the +2000 price.
2020 Memorial Tournament Betting

Rory McIlroy has been the most popular pick with the bettors, the 31-year-old has accounted for just under 8% of all bets in the market.
