1. Xander Schauffele – 5.96%

US Open Best Odds: +1600

US Open Worst Odds: +1400

Seeing as he had the lowest TOUR Championship score in the field (without strokes) his last time out, they hype around Schauffele makes perfect sense. He has three second-place finishes this season, but is still looking for his first win. What better way to get your first of the season than by winning the US Open?

2. Patrick Reed – 5.04%

US Open Best Odds: +4000

US Open Worst Odds: +2800

Reed also performed well his last time out, shooting 8-under par for the tournament in the TOUR Championship. Reed struggles off the tee but his putting is spectacular. He’s 12th on Tour in Strokes Gained: Putting (.599).

3. Dustin Johnson – 5%

US Open Best Odds: +900

US Open Worst Odds: +750

Dustin Johnson is the favorite for this weekend’s US Open at Winged Foot, and it’s for good reason. Johnson has been the best golfer on Tour this season. He won the FedEx Cup, is No. 1 in the World Golf Rankings and has three wins so far. DJ is looking for his 2nd ever US Open win.

4. Tommy Fleetwood – 4.28%

US Open Best Odds: +3500

US Open Worst Odds: +3300

Fleetwood may be the first head scratcher on the list. Since play has resumed from the break, his best finish has been a T29 at the PGA Championship. He’s never played a competitive round at Winged Foot, but his 309.6-yard driving average (14th on Tour) should help him on the nearly 7,500-yard course.

5. Collin Morikawa – 3.9%

US Open Best Odds: +1800

US Open Worst Odds: +1400

At 23-years old, Collin Morikawa has two Tour victories this season and as many missed cuts. He has one of, if not THE, best approach games in the world as he’s 2nd on the Tour in Strokes Gained: Approach the Green (.884).

6. Jon Rahm – 3.33%

US Open Best Odds: +1000

US Open Worst Odds: +850

Rahm is this week’s second favorite and 6th most backed golfer. He defeated Dustin Johnson in a playoff at the BMW Championship two weeks ago before finishing 4th at the Tour Championship. Rahm has eight top-10 finishes on the season and two victories.

7. Webb Simpson – 3.31%

US Open Best Odds: +2800

US Open Worst Odds: +2200

Simpson has been incredibly consistent in the 2020 season. He has two wins, eight top-10 finishes and has finished in the top 12 in each of the last three events. No. 6 in the World Golf Rankings, Simpson is first on Tour in scoring average (68. 978).

8. Bryson DeChambeau – 2.99%

US Open Best Odds: +2900

US Open Worst Odds: +2200

Bryson started the restart playing some of the best golf in the world, finishing top eight in his first four events and winning the Rocket Mortgage Classic. But since then, DeChambeau has struggled a bit. In his last three events, his best finish was a 22nd at the TOUR Championship. If he’s going to win this week, he’s going to have to be accurate off the tee and stay out of the punishing rough at Winged Foot.

9. Tony Finau – 2.8%

US Open Best Odds: +4000

US Open Worst Odds: +3300

At +4000, Finau joins Patrick Reed as the two golfers with the longest odds on the list. Finau has 7 top-10 finishes in 2020 but is still looking for his first win. He has three top-5s in his last six appearances and is 11th on Tour in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green (1.103).

10. Justin Thomas 2.63%

US Open Best Odds: +1500

US Open Worst Odds: +1200

The World’s No. 3 golfer with three Tour victories in 2020 is the 10th and final golfer on the list. Thomas is first this season in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green, Strokes Gained: Approach the Green and total money earned. Thomas’ best finish in a US Open was a T9 in 2017 at Erin Hills.
