Iga Swiatek will get underway as a -400 favorite over Amanda Anisimova on Wednesday afternoon, and if she can take care of business against the surging American, she'll be back to the semifinals. The current world No. 2 is fresh off a Wimbledon win, getting her first major since the 2024 French Open.
While most of her titles have come on clay, Swiatek did win the 2022 US Open, and would love to add a second title there. She will meet either Osaka or Muchova in the semfinals later this week if she is victorious, thus setting up a potential run in with Sabalenka in the final.

Aryna Sabalenka was gifted a semifinal appearance with Markéta Vondroušová forced to retire before their quarterfinal on Tuesday. That saves her the fatigue of battling in the quarters, and has her well rested ahead of a battle with Jessica Pegula.
Sabalenka will be a -320 favorite over Pegula tomorrow, and then will have a chance to defend her 2024 US Open title in the finals if she can get past that test. She took down Pegula a year ago in the final, and should be primed for a repeat performance. While she is a temporary favorite in the outright market, Swiatek hasn't played her quarterfinal match yet, and that will skew the odds back to Iga as a slight favorite based on the path to the Final.

Naomi Osaka was quietly creeping into the mix before making a huge splash against Coco Gauff. Not only was it straight sets, but it wasn't even close, with Osaka dominating both sets with multiple breaks. She now finds herself at +480 odds to win it all, behind only Sabalenka and Swiatek.
She has not made it past the third round in any major since that 2021 Australian Open win, and now finds herself as a favorite in the US Open quarterfinal. It's a big shift, and with the momentum she has right now, she should roll over Muchova if she can stay above the pressure. Osaka holds a -275 advantage in that Wednesday night match, and will potentially face the technical Iga Swiatek in the semfinal if she can handle business.

Jess Pegula took down Barbora Krejčíková in straight sets yesterday, but has struggled to get over the hump in major matches. Until last year, she had never even made a semifinal despite being top-5 in the world. She finally arrived to the US Open Final in 2024, but fell short to Sabalenka.
She'll have a shot at redemption tomorrow, but it'll be tough to get past the world No. 1. She is a +250 underdog vs. Sabalenka (-320) on Thursday at Arthur Ashe.
