Darvish put up impressive numbers against them, including a 1.97 ERA, .138 opponent batting average, and three successful NRFIs. It's expected that he will continue his form and deliver another dominant performance today.

San Diego Padres vs. Arizona Diamondbacks Prediction
Arizona, on the other hand, has struggled in the NRFI department, currently sitting at a 3-1 (75%) record this season and ranking in the bottom five of last season's standings. In 2022, they failed to score in over 75% of their first innings and had an 80% NRFI record on the road. As they travel to San Diego to face one of the league's toughest pitchers, Darvish should have no trouble handling the "Snakes" for three outs.

It is anticipated that they will continue this pattern of failing to score and extending their abysmal streak in today's game.
