This is a DraftKings bet. On DraftKings, you can find this under “Innings” and then scroll over to “Team Total Runs - 1st X Inning”. I like Eric Lauer u2.5 earned runs for half a unit as a pivot if you can’t get this market.

Seattle Mariners vs. Milwaukee Brewers Prediction

So why do I like Lauer today? He has hit this prop in two out of three games this year and in 21 of his last 32 games dating back to last season. He gets a Seattle team who are scary on paper, but this season have struggled mightly against lefties. The Mariners have just 24 hits in 118 at-bats against lefties which is good for just a .203 batting average.

Additionally, he has crushed these Seattle bats. These Mariners are 5-34 against him lifetime in plate appearances which is just a .147 batting average among those 34 at-bats, not a single RBI. This should be Lauer's easiest matchup of the year, as he’s faced the St. Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres, and Chicago Cubs already.

Lauer is due to improve his ERA since getting shelled by St. Louis, who notoriously destroy lefties. This just feels like a nice spot, and I just don’t see Seattle scoring 3+ in the first five innings. I'm going back to rooting for just pitching today, which has done us really well this season.
