Here are three strikeout props to consider for today's MLB slate.

Connor Seabold has averaged 17.4% of strikeouts over the last month. He's allowing righties to hit a .205 ISO and wOBA of .371 while lefties are hitting an ISO of .164 over the last month.
Seabold doesn't figure to last long for the Rockies tonight, even while pitching away from Coors Field.
He'll also face a Red Sox lineup that has struck out only 21.7% of the time against righties in the last month. This projected lineup doesn't have a batter striking out 30% or more against righties. It's going to be a battle for Seabold every batter he faces.

Zach Eflin has earned 25.2% of strikeouts over the last month for the Rays. He's limited walks to 4.1% and has kept teams to a .120 ISO and wOBA of .249 in the last 30 days.
Eflin also earns a high rate of grounders, limits fly balls, and keeps lefties away from line drives. He'll face at least four lefties in the lineup, but I'm just spitting out these stats to prove that Eflin should go deep in tonight's game.
He'll face a confident Athletics group that has won five straight games. But this projected lineup has struck out close to 25% of the time. Four batters in this lineup have struck out at least 29.5% of the time. Eflin has plenty of potential against this lineup.

Jesus Luzardo has struck out 34.5% of batters over the last month. He's struck out 53.8% of lefties and has earned 28.6% of strikeouts against righties over the last 30 days.
He'll face a Mariners lineup that has struck out 31.8% of the time against lefties in the last month. Seven of those nine batters in the projected lineup have struck out at least 23.7% of the time, and six of those seven batters have struck out at least 30%.
