We will keep this one short and sweet, but I like this one. Typically when I look at bets, I really prioritize hit rates. With this one, the hit rate isn’t spectacular, but there’s still reason to like it.

Yusei Kikuchi has only allowed 5+ hits in 5/14 games this year. Why are we laying -150 juice on a bet with a 35% hit rate? The Miami Marlins simply crush lefties. I’m not suggesting that they will score a ton of runs, but they consistently get on base against them; it’s a fact.
Miami bats are an unbelievable .301 as a team against left-handed pitching. Miami has hit this in five of their last six games against left-handed starters and has 46 hits against them in total. That is an average of 7.6 hits off of each lefty starter; all we need is five.
Yusei Kikuchi has allowed 4+ in 11/14, so he has allowed exactly four hits on six different games. Miami hits lefties better than anyone else and should be one of the teams to get 5+ off of him. I know it’s risky with the juice, but we have Mr .400 batting average on our side. Let's roll!
