MLB Parlay Tonight: Building Around Rays vs. Royals, Blue Jays vs. Athletics, Padres vs. Nationals

Well, it has been a while since we ran a parlay on the diamond, so tonight, I am throwing a few of my favorite sides together, and we are riding with them at plus money. It is a bit square, but we have a full board tonight and some teams in good spots, so I am riding with a few matchups.

MLB Parlay Breakdown

Leg 1

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Kansas City Royals Prediction

The Tampa Bay Rays have been phenomenal this season, and they face a Kansas City Royals squad tonight that simply has been the opposite. Tampa Bay is 52-26 heading into this one, squaring off against a team with nearly an inverse record at 21-54. Zach Greinke has been awful on the road, with an ERA north of six, and the bullpen is terrible. Then factor in that Tampa Bay is second-best in the league for run differential this year at +145 and first at home with a +90.

Leg 2

Toronto Blue Jays vs. Oakland Athletics Prediction

Well, the Oakland Athletics found their week of glory, winning seven straight games earlier this month, and had people questioning if they could make a miracle run. The answer is no; they have now lost eight straight again and are right back in form. Oakland is 19-58 on the year heading to Toronto to battle with a frustrated but very talented Toronto Blue Jays squad. I like the Jays to take care of business in game one.

Leg 3

San Diego Padres vs. Washington Nationals Prediction

It's Patrick Corbin Day! The trend has continued into this season, and I am not going to overthink it; Corbin is fade-worthy every time he steps on the bump, and I like the Friars to roll momentum forward from their 10-0 win yesterday. They are just three games under .500 and are starting a home series against a very beatable team that is nearly 20 games under .500.
