We just need the Toronto Blue Jays to lead after five innings here. This bet is about as straightforward as they come.
Kevin Gausman is on the mound for us. Gausman is a stud pitcher who is better at home. He holds a 2.61 ERA in home games, and Toronto is much better at home than on the road as a team. He has faced these San Francisco Giants bats 29 times and has only allowed six hits to them, which is just over a .200 average.
The Giants are having a bullpen day, and although the opener has a great ERA, Ryan Walker won’t be the only guy we see here. There’s also a chance he gets hit hard playing a role he’s not fully accustomed to against these elite Toronto bats.
