Dean Kremer has been a solid and consistent starter for the Baltimore Orioles this season but would definitely not fall under the category of an ace. Yes, they are 8-4 this season with him starting, but he also has an ERA north of five. Kremer gives Baltimore consistent innings without question, but their success with him on the bump also comes with a big thanks to run support. Baltimore has done an excellent job giving him a strong number on the board all season and will have to do something similar tonight to salvage a game from this series.

New York Yankees vs. Baltimore Orioles Prediction
The New York Yankees offense has struggled without Aaron Judge, but they have swung the sticks well so far this series, taking Games 1 and 2 each by three or more runs. Tonight, they are poised for more success facing an arm they have historically hit well. Through 44 at-bats, the guys in pinstripes are doing quite well against Kremer, slashing .364/.406/.425. With an opportunity to sweep the series, I can assure you they should be ready to battle at the plate and get after it.
Similarly, Baltimore has been incredible this season at avoiding overly cold stretches and especially not getting swept. They have not been entirely awful; however, they are just 4-6 cross their last ten games which is well below standard for a squad sitting fourteen games over .500. They have been resilient and persistent all season long. I do not expect that to change tonight. Look for the O's to battle tonight and each quad to put runs on the board in the game. They should be motivated to win for different reasons.
