MLB Parlay Today
Lane Thomas to Record a Hit
I’m taking Lane Thomas to get us one hit in a great matchup. Thomas is one of the best in the league against left-handed pitching this season, hitting .385 (AVG). His home numbers have been phenomenal lately, going for 1+ hit in 21 of his last 22 games with 2+ in three of the last four. He’ll see the lefty Brandon Williamson, who shouldn’t give him many issues as he’s allowing a .281 xBA (Expected Batting Average) this season.
Bo Bichette to Record a Hit
Bo Bichette has been a hit machine this season, especially on the road. Bichette has recorded a hit in 24 of his last 25 road games and is hitting .339 (AVG). He’ll match up with Lance Lynn, someone he has hit well against in the past. Bichette has recorded a hit off Lynn in three of their last four matchups, hitting .333 (AVG) in that span. He has a very solid chance of 5+ PAs which significantly increases our odds.
Luis Arraez to Record a Hit
Luis Arraez is coming into this game recording a hit in 15 straight home games, and I see no reason why that does not continue in this one. Jack Flaherty has not been anything special this season, especially on the road, where he has allowed 6+ hits in five of his last six games. He is allowing a .294 AVG to left-handed batting this season which is a great sign for Arraez. He is hitting an insane .450 (AVG) versus right-handed pitching at home and should have no issues getting us one hit here.
Steven Kwan to Record a Hit
Steven Kwan has been seeing the ball very well this past week or so, especially against -right-handed pitching. Kwan is hitting .458 (AVG) versus right-handed pitching in his last six games, with 2+ hits in four of those games. He is set to face off against one of the worst pitchers in the league, Jordan Lyles. Lyles has struggled tremendously on the road this season, especially against left-handed batting, where he has given up a .360 AVG. This does not bode well for Lyles, as Kwan has been extremely consistent at home, recording a hit in 16 of his last 18 games.
