Meanwhile, I also had Josh Naylor go to the yard. Instead, he hit a double. I'm feeling good about these bets. Let's try and earn a home run prop victory tonight.

Grayson Rodriguez will return to the MLB mound for the Orioles tonight. He had a miserable ten-start campaign for the Orioles in the first half of the season and hasn't pitched in the majors since May. Against lefties, he allowed a .368 ISO and wOBA of .474. Therefore, I'll take a chance with Freddie Freeman. He's a lefty, hitting righties with a .262 ISO and wOBA of .426 against his last 68 righties. Freeman has limited strikeouts and continues to hit many line drives and fly balls against righties.

Lane Thomas has slugged a .276 ISO and wOBA of .485 while only striking out 13.3% of the time against lefties in the last month. It's also a big sample size. Thomas has faced 30 lefties in the last 30 days. He'll face Drew Smyly of the Cubs, who, of course, is a lefty. Smyly has allowed a .309 ISO and wOBA of .460 to his last 66 righties faced. He's given up 30.2% of line drives and 48.8% of hard contact to those 66 righties. Thomas rarely walks and never strikes out. He's always putting the ball in play against lefties. Hopefully, one can get over the fence.

Jordan Lyles will make another start for the Royals tonight. He's allowed his last 41 lefties to hit a .225 ISO and wOBA of .386. On the season, 207 lefties have hit a .258 ISO and wOBA of .363 against Lyles. This is a legitimate trend. Lyles stinks against lefties. Meanwhile, Kerry Carpenter has hit a .360 ISO and wOBA of .403 in his last 55 plate appearances against righties. Carpenter has hit over 43% of line drives and fly balls while hitting close to 60% of hard contact against righties in the last month.
