Best MLB Strikeout Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Tuesday

We've got a full slate of games with so many intriguing matchups.

Over the last two days, we've lost some money with these pitcher props. That's been a rarity.

Let's get back on track with tonight's strikeout props. I'm feeling good about tonight!

July 18 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Carlos Carrasco Over 5.5 Ks (+116) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Carlos Carrasco has struck out 26.7% of righties over the last 30 days. He will face more righties than lefties in tonight's White Sox lineup.

The White Sox's projected lineup has struck out 25.7% of the time against righties in the last month. They've got six batters striking out 25% of the time or more in the previous 30 days and four batters striking out at least 29.3% against righties.

Carrasco has earned a high whiff percentage and swinging strike percentage against righties lately. I'm confident he can get us six strikeouts in tonight's game.

Zach Davies Under 3.5 Ks (-118) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Zach Davies struck out only 17.1% of batters last month. That percentage has dipped from 18.8% of strikeouts this season.

Davies hasn't been getting a high rate of whiffs or swinging strikes and will pitch against a Braves squad that has struck out 19.4% of the time against righties in the last 30 days, using their projected lineup.

With that lineup, the Braves are hitting a .292 ISO and wOBA of .401 against righties in the last 30 days. Davies isn't going to last very long in this game.

Jordan Montgomery Under 4.5 Ks (-124) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Jordan Montgomery has put together a solid season for the Cardinals. He's struck out 24.7% of batters in the last month but only 22.3% this season.

He'll face a Marlins lineup that has struck out only 16.2% of the time against lefties in the last month. Miami hasn't faced a large number of lefties during this time. But it's a big enough sample size to prove that the Marlins don't strike out much against lefties.
