Griffin Canning is an underrated pitcher for the Angels. He's struck out 32.8% of batters over the last month and rarely gets recognized.
That's essentially a strikeout every three batters for Canning.
Canning will face a Detroit Tigers offense that has struck out 26.2% of the time against righties in the last month using their projected lineup. The Tigers have just two batters striking out under 23% of the time against righties.
Canning has seven targets and has struck batters out at a very high rate. I can see him earning seven or more strikeouts tonight.
