Michael Lorenzen has struck out 20.7% of batters over the last month. It doesn't sound like a high rate. However, he's struck out 25% of his previous 40 righties and has held his last 87 batters to a .025 ISO with a wOBA of .218.
If Lorenzen puts up those numbers, he'll pitch through the sixth inning.
Meanwhile, the Angels have struck out 27.6% of the time against righties over the last 30 days with their projected lineup. They've got seven batters striking out at least 25% of the time against righties.
There are so many targets for Lorenzen tonight.

The Cubs have struck out 22.5% of the time against righties as a lineup over the last month. It will be hard for Lynn to earn at least eight strikeouts against a Cubs lineup that doesn't strike out at a high rate.
