Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers Best Bet: Expect the Bats To Get to Andrew Heaney, Framber Valdez

Well, we have not struck oil in this series yet, but I am going right back to it tonight because I like the matchup, and if we know the series, now would be the time. The Texas Rangers are in Houston for an American League Clash and duel for bragging rights in Texas with the Houston Astros.

Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers Prediction

Texas took the first meeting of the season between these two squads and have three wins on the year against their in-state rival but have been getting it handed to them this month; they have dropped four straight in the season series and are on the verge of getting swept here tonight. I know Houston has looked good, but Texas has still only lost two one-run games and have scored 12 in the series. I think they are poised to bounce back here tonight.

Andrew Heaney would be who I consider to be the weak link in this Texas lineup, but I still love this spot for the Rangers and believe Heaney can keep the Rangers in it. I do not think the Astros will struggle to tag him for a few runs, which is why I am doubling down here in this game, and I just believe Texas will will their way into a victory tonight as they have so often this season.

Even without Corey Seager, this lineup is lethal and one of the best in the league. Framber Valdez has been solid this year, arguably one the best arm in Houston's rotation, but he still is facing a lineup that crushes Southpaws and is hungry for a win. I love the value here tonight.
