The second play we are diving into on the diamond tonight is a plus money two-leg parlay between two American League squads although it is not the standard money line parlay we usually run. Tonight we are backing two squads on the run line although I do believe both can win outright. I like the value we are getting by still being able to back both squads if they were to drop a close game and I love the matchups for both teams tonight.

Cincinnati has been excellent this year and the squad has been grinding out wins all season long which has led them to the top of the mountain for the time being. They hold a one-game lead in the National League Central over Milwaukee and with a divisional clash for Cincy here, this series is pivotal. Historically I would love to back the over with these squads clashing but the arms on the mound this evening are top-notch. Marcus Stroman is a worthy foe for this Reds squad but I am backing Andrew Abbott to duel with him. Abbott is sporting a 1.90 ERA to go along with a 6-2 record thus far on the year and I love the Reds to keep this close if not take it outright.
I will keep this second leg short and sweet; Boston is seven games above .500 and are still fourth in their division, that is cruel. Nonetheless, I expect them to keep plugging away trying to win series and see where they end up in September, that's all you can do. Nick Pivetta has the ball for the Sox and he has been lights out recently, I love Bostons bats to stay hot in an advantageous matchup against a shaky George Kirby.
