Now onto our late-night MLB action on the diamond this evening. The Oakland Athletics are in Hollywood for the final game of their road trip and three-game series with the Los Angeles Dodgers; I have a feeling they are ready to get back to Oakland as well. Los Angeles is still thriving after making moves at the deadline and has won the first two games in this series, both by a minimum of a four-run margin. Things have not been too competitive.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Oakland Athletics Prediction
Los Angeles did hit a little hump on the road last week when they dropped some games, and although Oakland is just 30-79, the team still has professional baseball players on it capable of winning baseball games. With that said, this is still an outrageous mismatch for the Dodgers to take advantage of, as they have done so easily in the first two games of the series already.
Julio Urias has the ball for the Dodgers. While he struggled in comparison to his success last season, he has still thrown the ball well enough to sport a winning record, a decent ERA, and has been a solid starter in the rotation as always. I do expect him to find his groove, and this is a good opportunity to get back on something against Oakland.
Urias has always thrown the ball well at home. JP Sears is sporting a better ERA here, but at 2-7, he has not gotten results. This Southpaw should struggle greatly against one of the best hitting squads in the league against left-handed pitching, and once they get going, I expect them to pour it on.
