Here are three strikeout props for today's slate of games in the MLB.

Freddy Peralta has been on a rampage recently. He's struck out 38.9% of batters in the last month.
He's struck out 29.7% on the season, which is still extremely high. He's just been on another level recently.
The White Sox have hit a .138 ISO and wOBA of .316 with their projected lineup over the last month. They've also got six batters striking out at least 23.3% of the time against righties. Peralta has six targets in the Chicago lineup and should get through six innings with how poorly the White Sox have hit righties.
A quality start for Peralta would likely result in at least eight strikeouts.

I like the value here. Chase Silseth struck out nearly 39% of batters last month. But the Astros have just three players striking out more than 19.1% of the time against righties in that span.
Houston's lineup has also hit a .204 ISO and wOBA of .368 against righties over the last month, and Silseth has thrown an average of 82.67 pitches per game. He's not throwing 100 pitches a night and should allow some power to the Astros today.
Therefore, I'll take the plus money and the Under for Silseth's strikeouts.

Brandon Pfaadt has struck out just 19.3% of batters this season. The rookie right-hander has looked better recently but has only struck out 22.1% of batters in the last month.
He'll face a Padres lineup with just two batters striking out more than 22.5% of the time against righties.
Pfaadt doesn't have many targets and has only averaged 86.5 pitches per start this season. He's also allowed a .209 ISO over the last month and has given up over 30% of fly balls. I don't think Pfaadt will last too long in today's game against the Padres.
He also doesn't have many targets to rack up strikeouts against. Take his Under.
