Touki Toussaint is getting the nod for the Chicago White Sox today and will be tasked with slowing down the Cubs' high-powered offense. Toussaint has been given a large workload recently, as he's thrown 98 and 106 pitches in his last two outings. He has a 4.75 xERA this season and has allowed 4+ earned runs in three of his last four starts.
One of Toussaint's biggest flaws is the amount of free passes he issues to opposing lineups. He is in the first percentile for BB% with one of the highest walk rates in baseball, which does not bode well for his attempt to slow down one of the hottest offenses in the league.
