Well, we had a bit of a back-and-forth night last night but broke just about even, so that's not something you can really complain about in the end. We have another strong slate here on this fine Wednesday in August, and I am ready to kick off our day with my favorite moneyline parlay of the day.
MLB Parlay Tonight
I have had the Texas Rangers the last two nights, and per usual, the squad did not disappoint. They are 72-48, 8-2 across their last ten games and have outscored the Los Angeles Angels 19-3 in the first two games of this three-game series. Jon Gray has the ball for the Rangers, and while he is not the best arm in that rotation, he is a strong starter anywhere in the league and a guy I love to go throw some good innings at home today. Gray is 8-5 with a sub-four ERA of 3.65. Los Angeles has seen him before and had some success against him, but I like the bats to make up for any runs lost. Reid Detmers is 2-9 with a 5.27 ERA and has the ball for the Angels.
The Los Angeles Dodgers kept the ship sailing smoothly in the opening game of this home series against the Milwaukee Brewers last night, and tonight, I expect a similar result. They have won 13 of their last 14 games and won most of them comfortably. Milwaukee is good, but Los Angeles is a different breed. Wade Miley is not throwing the ball as well, as stats suggest in my eyes, and a team like the Dodgers can exploit that. Veteran and Hall of Fame Clayton Kershaw has the ball for Los Angeles tonight, and I see the Dodgers rolling.
