Noah Syndergaard will take the hill for the Guardians tonight. The right-hander has allowed a .322 ISO and wOBA of .427 to his last 68 righties. It's been a trend all year. He's allowed a .242 ISO and wOBA of .400 to 173 righties this season.
Meanwhile, Mookie Betts has hit a .278 ISO and wOBA of .462 against his last 59 righties. Betts doesn't have ridiculous pop, but he gets enough of the barrel to launch balls over the fence.

He's got a terrific matchup tonight against Tylor Megill.
Olson has slugged a .315 ISO and wOBA of .432 against his last 87 righties. Meanwhile, Megill has allowed a .353 ISO and wOBA of .512 to his previous 35 lefties.
Megill has been OK against righties. But he can't figure out lefties. There's no lefty with more power than Olson in the National League. Olson has struck out under 21% of the time and has slugged nearly 33% of line drives and fly balls against righties over the last 30 days.
Olson should have multiple chances at hitting a bomb tonight.

He'll take on Jesus Luzardo of the Marlins. Luzardo has allowed a .337 ISO and wOBA of .450 to his last 115 batters. That's not just a sample size of a couple of games. That's a sample size of an entire month. He's been dreadful when he can't earn strikeouts.
The Padres' lineup doesn't strike out often against righties, including Machado.
