MLB Picks Tonight: How To Bet the Cleveland Guardians vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Game

The second game we are diving into tonight takes us to Ohio as the Cleveland Guardians host the Los Angeles Dodgers in the opening game of the series. Other than spring training earlier this season, these squads have not met since the three-game series that Cleveland took 2-1 in Los Angeles last June. Los Angeles has nothing to prove to anyone, but I do expect a strong effort tonight against a very gettable arm.

Cleveland Guardians vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Prediction

At seven games under .500, this hasn't been the ideal season for Cleveland; however, lucky for them, they are not in the American League East. They are just six games out of first place in the division, and I assure you they will try to make a push; with that said, I do not think that push is going to start tonight. Noah Syndergaard has the ball for the home team, and things simply have not gotten better for him since being traded to Cleveland.

The once-great young star and one of the members of the Thor and Jacob deGrom dynamic duo has struggled all season long and is sporting a 6.47 ERA on the year with a WHIP just shy of 1.5.

On the flip side, Bobby Miller takes the ball for Los Angeles, and he has been spectacular in his rookie season for the Dodgers. Miller is 7-2 with a 3.70 ERA and has one of the best offensive squads in baseball, backing him for run support. I really do not expect too much of a problem for the Dodgers tonight; they roll.
