There's plenty of baseball on the schedule today. The MLB Network will carry games throughout the entire day.
Meanwhile, ESPN+ will carry the Rockies-Rays matchup. I'll add a same-game parlay for that game, along with the late MLB Network matchup between the Red Sox and Astros.

Rockies vs. Rays Same-Game Parlay
3-Leg Same-Game Parlay Odds (+465) (Bet $100 to collect $565) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick
- Austin Gomber Over 4.5 Ks (+122)
- Aaron Civale Over 5.5 Ks (-138)
- Charlie Blackmon Over .5 Hits (-210)
Austin Gomber will take the hill for the Rockies tonight. He's only struck out 11.8% of batters in the last 30 days, but he's taking on a Rays lineup that has struck out 29.4% of the time against lefties.
This could be a solid breakthrough game for Gomber. He hasn't been perfect and could give up some runs. But he'll still provide some outs. And those outs should be strikeouts.
The Rays have five batters striking out at least 28.6% of the time against lefties. Four of those batters have struck out more than 36% of the time against lefties.
On the other hand, Aaron Civale has struck out only 16.8% of batters in the last month. But he's also facing off against a Rockies lineup that has struck out nearly 25% of the time in the previous 30 days. The Rockies have just two batters striking out below 24.5% in the last 30 days.
One of those two players is Charlie Blackmon. He's struck out just 4.8% of the time against righties through his last 21 plate appearances. He's also hit a .500 ISO and wOBA of .612 and will bat lead off. I like him to earn at least one hit tonight.
Red Sox vs. Astros Same-Game Parlay
3-Leg Same-Game Parlay Odds (+681) (Bet $100 to collect $781) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick
- Jose Urquidy Under 5.5 Ks (-156)
- Kyle Tucker Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110)
- Yordan Alvarez Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110)
Jose Urquidy will get the start for the Astros tonight. He hasn't thrown in a start in over a week. Tonight, he'll take on a Red Sox lineup that has struck out just 15.5% of the time against righties using the projected lineup. This lineup also has more righties than lefties, and Urquidy's strikeouts are sitting at just 15.9% against righties this season.
Meanwhile, Chris Sale will take the mound for the Red Sox. He's been terrific against righties. However, lefties have hit a .306 ISO and wOBA of .395 against Sale this season. Kyle Tucker has slugged a .410 ISO and wOBA of .443 against his last 47 lefties, and Yordan Alvarez has smacked a .371 wOBA with only 22% of strikeouts.
I'll take my chances with these lefties on the lefty Sale tonight. After all, there's protection in the lineup, with the Astros hitting a .280 ISO and wOBA of .442 with the projected lineup over the last month against lefties.
