As just stated, the Rays have had trouble hitting Sandy in the past, as they will match up against him today. Yandy Diaz, Randy Arozarena, and Harold Ramirez are an overall 3-20 against Alcantara in their careers, which should equate to a quick three outs in the top of the first inning here.

After Sandy, Aaron Civale will take over against a team that he has already dominated this season.
