Well we are back for Game 3 of the ALCS and this is make or break time for the defending World Series Champions. The Texas Rangers have been scorching hot this postseason, they have not even lost a game yet. Tonight the Houston Astros will throw everything and the kitchen sink at the Rangers to try to prevent themselves from falling 3-0 in the series.

Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers Prediction
Houston was much better on the road this season they were at home performing 21 games over the .500 mark at 51-30. So far this postseason, they have played two road games and won both of them with ease in the Twin Cities.
The offense knows Mad Max well and there are multiple hitters in the lineup killing him in their careers. Christian Javier has been exceptional thus far in his two postseason starts and Houston will trust him tonight.
I believe we see a Philly/Texas World Series but Houston wins this game tonight. This is do or die time for the most experienced team in the postseason, the defending world champions. This team has a plethora of talent and will remain poised despite the situation they find themselves in.
I love Max Scherzer but returning to the bump tonight is not ideal for a guy that allowed seven runs in three innings the last time he faced the Houston. Regardless of the outcome, the Astros are the right play here.
